How do I know if I need Presence or Suite?
Tell us where the leak is. If your problem is weak online presentation and unqualified enquiries, Presence may be enough. If your problem is measurements, orders, invoices, payment tracking, or client follow-up, Suite is the correct offer.
How long does this actually take?
Owu Presence takes 2–4 weeks. Owu Suite takes 4–8 weeks. Both timelines start the day we collect your deposit, with a clear schedule shared before any work begins.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to run this?
No. Owu is built so you and your team can run it day to day without touching any code. Before launch, we train you and your staff on every part of the platform you'll use.
What's the payment structure?
For projects under ₦1,000,000: 70% to begin, 30% before launch. For projects over ₦1,000,000: 50% to begin, 30% at a major milestone, 20% before launch. We'll confirm exact numbers once we know your scope.
What if my brand isn't “established” yet?
Owu Presence is designed for growing brands. If you have real, paying clients and want to look and operate more professionally, you're in the right place — you don't need to be a household name first.
Can I start with Presence and move to Suite later?
Yes, but the two offers are different. Presence gives you the website and intake layer. Suite gives you the operating dashboard: measurements, consultations, orders, invoices, transactions, and messages.
What about support after launch?
Every package includes training before launch. Ongoing maintenance and support are available as add-ons, walked through as part of your proposal.
What happens to the founding rate once all 5 spots are filled?
Two spots are already claimed, leaving three remaining at the founding rate. The founding cohort closes on 31 July 2026, or earlier if all five are taken. New clients after that move to standard pricing. Founding clients keep their locked-in rate permanently.
Why not just keep using Instagram and WhatsApp for bookings?
You can, and plenty of designers do for years. WhatsApp isn't bad — it was just never built to hold measurements, track who's paid, or remind you what's due this week. Owu doesn't replace how you talk to clients; it replaces the notebook, the spreadsheet, and your memory as where the business details live.
Is my client data and measurement information safe?
Yes. Client measurements, orders, and payment records are stored securely and only accessible to you and the staff you choose. No more sensitive client information sitting in a notebook that can be lost or left behind in a fitting room.
What happens to my data and platform if I ever stop paying?
You can request an export of your client list, measurements, and order history at any time. We'll talk through exactly how this works for your package before you commit to anything.
Do I own the website, or are you just renting it to me?
The site and platform are built for your brand, on your domain. Hosting and the domain itself are billed separately and kept in your name — never bundled in a way that holds your brand hostage.
Can my clients pay me directly through the platform?
Yes, with Owu Suite. Payments run through Paystack, so clients pay deposits and balances in Naira directly from their invoice, logged automatically against their order — no manual reconciling on your end.
My team isn't great with phones, or I don't have one — is that a problem?
No. Day-to-day booking and payment happens on your side. Apprentices and tailors don't need to touch the platform at all unless you choose to give them limited access to specific orders, and most early designers run Owu solo just fine.
I want an online store for ready-to-wear pieces — is that included?
Not yet. Owu currently focuses on consultations, custom orders, measurements, invoicing, and payments. A storefront is on the roadmap, and Suite clients get priority access when it launches.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
You approve the workflow, screens, and structure before full build begins. Two structured revision rounds are included before launch. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, the unused build balance is refunded or applied to a revised scope, and final payment is not due until launch-ready approval.
Will this work well on a normal Nigerian internet connection?
Yes. The platform is built to be light and fast on mobile data, including MTN, Airtel, and Glo — both for you running the dashboard and for clients booking or paying from their phone.
